喷嘴结构对FDM制备玻璃纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了3D打印喷嘴流道直径、流道结构等对熔融沉积成型(FDM)制备的玻璃纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当直喷嘴直径为1 mm时,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度最大,分别为46、28.5 MPa;而发散型喷嘴直径为1 mm时,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到了48.5、32.5 MPa,后者比前者分别提高了7.78%和18.2%。偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜结果分析表明,发散型喷嘴保留了较长的玻璃纤维长度,并有利于纤维的取向。 Fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology is a kind of three-dimensional (3D) printing technology, but the performance of the product is not up to the level of the traditional injection molding process. The effect of the three-dimensional (3D) print nozzle diameter, flow structure of glass fiber reinforced polylaetic acid (PLA) composites was research. The results show that when the nozzle diameter is 1 mm, the maximum tensile strength and bending strength of composites are 46 and 28.5 MPa respectively; and when the divergent nozzle diameter is 1 mm, the tensile strength and flexural strength of composites are 48.5 and 32. 5 MPa respectively. So compared with the former, the latter increase by 7.78% and 18.2% , respectively. The results of polarized light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy show that the divergent nozzle retains the glass fiber the length of the longer, which is conducive to the orientation of the fibers.
