摘要 研究了溶胀体系中N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙二醇丁醚、氢氧化钠的含量对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)工程塑料表面微蚀效果的影响,通过对ABS板的表面形貌、接触角以及基板与镀层之间黏合强度进行表征,判定溶胀体系各组分对微蚀效果的影响。结果表明,ABS板先经N-甲基吡咯烷酮(体积分数20%)、乙二醇丁醚(浓度20m L/L)和氢氧化钠(质量浓度70 g/L)组成的溶胀体系于45℃溶胀处理10 min,再进行微蚀处理,微蚀效果较为理想,其表面接触角由96.34°降低至28.94°,黏合强度增加至1.12 kN/m。 The effects of N-methyl pyrrolidone concentration, 2-butoxy ethanol concentration and NaOH concentration on the surface etching performance of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) engineering plastics was studied in ABS plastic swelling system, the influences of swelling system on the micro etching effect was determined by the characterizations of the surface morphology, contact angle of ABS substrate and adhesion strength between the substrate and the coating. The results show that when the ABS substrate was treated at 45℃ for 7 min by the swelling system consisting of 20vol% N-methyl pyrrolidone, 20 mL/L of 2- butoxy ethanol and 70 g/L of NaOH, followed by etching, the surface contact angle decreases from 96. 34° to 28.94°, and the adhesion strength increases to 1.12 kN/m.
