摘要 采用管材静液压测试、凝胶渗透色谱分析(GPC)等研究手段对比分析了国产PE100级高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)耐压管材料N100的耐压性能与结构之间的关联关系,考察了N100产品批次的性能稳定性。结果表明,N100批次之间性能指标波动范围大,可能会导致耐压性能不稳定;N100的分子结构双峰分布不明显,高、低分子量含量与进口料有差异,是影响其耐压性能最重要的因素之一,应进行相应的聚合工艺优化,调整分子结构,进一步提升产品的耐压性能。 The structure and performance of high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe resins N100 were investigated in detail by pipe hydrostatic test, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and so on. The performance stability of different product batches of N100 were studied. The results show that the wide range of performance indexes of N100 might be the major contributory factor of the unstable pressure resistance. The molecular structure of NlO0 was not reasonable, which was one of the most important factors that affected the performance of the pressure resistance. It should be optimized from the perspective of polymerization process, regulating the molecular structure, and further improving the pressure resistance of the product
