摘要 通过动态硫化的方法制备三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV),在固定橡塑比和充油量的前提下,研究了硫化剂N,N'-间苯基双马来酰亚胺(PDM)和引发剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷添加量对TPV硫化特性、拉伸性能、压缩永久变形、凝胶含量和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着硫化剂用量的增加,TPV胶料所需硫化时间缩短,硫化速率加快,拉伸强度变化不大,压缩永久变形减少,凝胶含量增加。通过扫描电子显微镜研究了其拉伸断面形貌。 Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM)/polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was prepared by the method of dynamic vulcanization. The effect of the content of curing agent N, N'-m-phenylene dimaleimide ( PDM ) and the initiator 2,5-bis ( tert-butylperoxy ) -2,5-dimethylhexane (Double 25 ) on the curing characteristics, tensile properties, compression set and gel content were studied under the premise of unchangeless rubber plastic ratio and oil content. The results show that, the curing time of TPV decreases and the curing speed accelerates with the increasing of curing agent content. In addition, the tensile strength shows a stable trend and the compression set decreases a little, moreover, the gel content increases. At the same time, SEM analyzed the cross-section morphology of the tensile fracture of the TPV.
