摘要
基因编辑技术在医疗、食品、环境、农林等领域大放异彩的同时带来了各种潜在的社会风险,技术优势和技术缺陷都将人类社会引入了复杂的秩序纷争。只有合理调整利益相关方的冲突、完善法律体系,才能避免技术的有害性、盲目性。也只有引入制度、契约、法律、伦理的力量才是对基因编辑技术风险进行治理的必要条件,才能够合理引导技术的发展,实现技术和人类社会协同发展的良性循环。
