责任医生规范化管理对高血压患者血压控制的影响

Effect of Standardized Management of Charge Doctors on Blood Pressure Control in Patients With Hypertension

目的探讨对高血压患者实施责任医生规范化管理对高血压控制以及知晓率的影响。方法在无锡市广瑞路街道广益新村随机抽取一组责任医生管理的高血压患者共98例,对这部分高血压患者由其家庭责任医生进行规范化管理,1年后评价管理效果。结果通过1年的规范化管理,高血压患者对于高血压的诊断标准、高钠低钾饮食及家族史危险因素知晓率分别从61.22%、81.63%、57.14%上升到82.65%、95.92%、79.59%,上升了近15%~22%,尤其是血压控制水平,在规范化管理前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经过责任医生规范化管理,高血压患者的自我保健意识不断增强,血压水平明显下降,提高了治疗的效果和依从性,对防治并发症具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized management of charge doctors on hypertension control and awareness in hypertensive patients. Methods 98 patients with hypertension managed by charge doctors were randomly selected in Guangrui Road Street Guangyi New Village of Wuxi. This part of patients were standardized managed by their family responsible doctors. 1 years later, management effectiveness was evaluated. Results Through 1 years of standardized management, the diagnosis standard of hypertension, low sodium and high potassium diet and family history of risk factors of the awareness rate of 61.22%, 81.63%, 57.14% respectively from up to 82.65%, 95.92%, 79.59%, up nearly 15% to 22% in patients with hypertension, especially in the blood pressure control level. Before and after standardized management, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Through the standardized management of the charge doctors, the Consciousness of self health care of hypertension patients is increasing, the blood pressure level is obviously decreased, and the effect and compliance of treatment are improved, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of complications.
