辨病与辨证治疗冠心病的临床探讨

Clinical Investigation on Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease With Differentiation of Disease and Syndrome

目的研究中医辨证与辨病治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者70例为研究对象,分为辨病组、辨证组、对照组进行治疗,辨病组采用固定复方施治,辨证组采用中医辨证论治,对照组采用常规西医的治疗方法进行治疗,对比三组患者的治疗效果。结果辨病组、辨证组、对照组的临床总有效率分别为65.00%、93.33%、70.00%。辨病组与对照组疗效相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),辨证组与辨病组和对照组疗效相比,及心电图改善方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明辨证组分型论治疗效优于辨病组、对照组。结论中医辨证分型论治冠心病临床治疗效果显著,能有效缓解和改善其临床症状。

Objective To study the clinical effect of coronary heart disease treated with TCM dialectics and differentiation of diseases. Methods 70 patients treated with coronary heart disease in our hospital as the research object, and were divided into the differentiation disease group,differentiation syndrome group and control group. Differentiation disease group was treated with fixed compound prescription, differentiation syndrome group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment effects of the three kinds group of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of differentiation disease group, differentiation syndrome group and control group respectively were 65.00%, 93.33%, 70.00%. There was no significant difference between the differentiation disease ,group and the control group （P 〉 0. 05）. However, there were significant differences when differentiation syndrome group compared with differentiation disease group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）, indicating that the treatment of the dialectical component type theory was better than the differentiation disease group and the control group. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of coronary heart disease, clinical treatment effect is remarkable, can effectively alleviate and improve its clinical symptoms.
