Role of Infection Control Nurse in Management Supervision of Endoscopic Infection

目的探讨感染控制护士在内镜感染管理督查中的作用。方法2016年1月起,我科强化内镜质控管理,配专职院感质控护士进行内镜感染管理督查,抽查2016年1—12月我院内镜感染控制合格情况,统计内镜感染发生率。结果抽查显示,无菌物品管理、洁污区域划分、内镜水槽清洁、消毒液及废弃物处理的合格率均为100%,职业防护合格率97.9%,内镜感染发生率0%,手卫生依从性达95%,每季一次的内镜生物学检测符合标准。结论院感质控护士督查可有效提高内镜感染管理质量,防止发生内镜感染。

Objective To explore the role of infection control nurses in the management supervision of endoscopic infection. Methods Since January 2016, our department strcngthend endoscope quality control management, with the special sense of vocational nurse for quality control of endoscopic management of infection supervision. The qualified rate of endoscopic infection control and the incidence of endoscopic infection in our hospital from January to December 2016 were analyzed. Results The examination showed that the qualified rate of aseptic articles management, cleaning area division, endoscopic sink cleaning, disinfection solution and waste disposal was 100%. The qualified rate of occupational protection was 97.9%, the incidence of endoscopic infection was 0%, and the compliance rate of hand hygiene was 95%, quarterly endoscopic biological testing was up to standard. Conclusion The supervision of hospital quality control nurses can effectively improve the quality of endoscopic infection management and prevent the occurrence of endoscopic infection.
