34例下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡患者使用含氯石灰硼酸溶液换药的护理体会

Treatment Experience of Applying Calcium Hypochloride and Boric Acid Solution to the Change of Dressing for Patients With Chronic Ulcer of Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs With 34 Cases

目的总结34例下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡患者使用含氯石灰硼酸溶液在门诊换药的体会。方法选自2012年10月—2017年3月的下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡使用含氯石灰硼酸溶液换药的34例患者,观察换药效果,分析伤口愈合情况和总结经验。结果伤口痊愈25例,明显好转5例,无明显效果4例。结论使用含氯石灰硼酸溶液给下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡患者换药方法是有效的,为患者减轻痛苦。

Objective To summarize the experience of applying calcium hypochloride and boric acid solution to the change of dressing for patients with chronic ulcer of varicose veins of lower limbs in OPD. Methods From October 2012 to March 2017, 34 patients with chronic varicose veins of the lower extremities were treated with calcium hypochloride and boric acid solution, to observe the effect of dressing change, analyze the wound healing and sum up experience. Results 25 patients had their wound healed nicely, 5 patients improved significantly and 4 patients showed no evident changes. Conclusion The method of applying calcium hypochloride and boric acid solution to the change of dressing for patients with chronic ulcer of varicose veins of lower limbs was proved to be effective and helped to relieve the pain. The method is worth of popularization.
