Nursing Cooperation and Experience of Acute Angle Closure Glaucoma Complicated With Cataract

目的探讨急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术护理方法及意义。方法选取2014年2月—2016年4月在我院眼科进行急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术的患者为研究对象,共计120例。按随机数字表的分组方法将其随机平均分为两组,即A组和B组。A组患者在手术治疗期间应用常规护理方法,B组患者则在常规护理的基础上应用优质护理方法,手术结束后评价两组患者的护理效果及对相应护理方法的满意程度。结果 B组急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者在手术期间经优质护理后并发症的发生率降低,且患者的满意度升高,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论优质护理可明显提高急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者在手术期间的配合程度进而有效降低术后并发症的发生并提高患者对护理方法的满意度,促进护理工作的发展。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods and significance of acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the subjects. According to the grouping method of random number table, they were randomly divided into two groups, that is, group A and group B. Patients in group A were given routine nursing during operation, while patients in group B were given good nursing on the basis of routine nursing. After the operation, the nursing effect of the two groups and the satisfaction degree of the corresponding nursing methods were evaluated. Results In group B, patients with acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract, the incidence of complications decreased and the patient satisfaction increased after high quality care during the operation, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Quality nursing care can significantly improve the occurrence and reduce postoperative complications in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract with degree closed during surgery and improve patients＇satisfaction with nursing methods, promote the development of nursing work.
