118例催产素引产及引产护理体会

Nursing Experience of 118 Cases of Induction of Labor and Induction of Labor by Oxytocin

目的总结118例产妇催产素引产效果以及在护理过程中的有关注意事项。方法选取118例产妇作为研究对象,给予催产素引产,并加强护理,分析不同产妇的引产效果。结果引产后118例产妇中顺产的有104例,剖宫产的有14例,辅以有效护理干预,本次研究中孕周>41周的患者顺产率为85.19%(46/54),胎膜早破的顺产率为87.50%(56/64),经产妇顺产率为91.49%(43/47),初产妇顺产率为81.69%(58/71)。。结论催产素引产的效果较好,但需要严格把握催产素的剂量和禁忌证,加强对引产的护理,提高引产成功率。

Objective To summarize the effect of induced labor of oxytocin in 118 parturients and to pay attention to the matters needing attention during the course of nursing. Methods 118 parturients were selected as the research objects, induced by oxytocin, and were treated with intensive care. The effect of labor induction was analyzed. Results 118 cases of maternal birth abortion in 104 cases of cesarean section in 14 cases, combined with effective nursing intervention in this study, the success rate of pregnancy after 41 weeks in patients with vaginal delivery rate was 85.19% （46/54）, premature rupture of the vaginal delivery rate was 87.50% （56/64）. The rate of spontaneous delivery was 91.49%（43/47）, and the rate of spontaneous delivery of primipara was 81.69% （58/71）. Conclusion The effect of oxytoein induction is better, but the dosage and eontraindieation of oxytocin need to be strictly controlled, and the nursing of induced labor should be strengthened, and the success rate of induction of labor will be improved.
