护理干预对结直肠癌术后肠造口患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Self-Management Ability and Quality of Life of Colorectal Cancer Patients After Operation

目的探究分析护理干预对结直肠癌术后肠造口患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月诊治的92例结直肠癌术后肠造口患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在实施常规护理的基础上采取护理干预。观察比较两组患者自我管理能力及出院5个月时的生活质量。结果观察组患者的自我管理能力各项得分都要高于对照组患者,且患者出院后5个月时的生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效提高结直肠癌术后肠造口患者的自我管理能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on self-management ability and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients after operation. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 92 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care, on the basis, the patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention. The self-management ability and the quality of life at 5 months of discharge between two groups were compared. Results The self- management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life of the patients was higher than that of the control group at 5 months of discharge, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the self- management ability and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.
