护理安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Nursing Safety Management in Nursing Management of Elderly Patients

目的分析护理安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年4月80例老年患者作为研究对象并根据随机数字表分组,分别为40例。常规管理组应用常规护理管理方法,安全管理组在常规管理组基础上做好护理安全管理。比较两组护理管理满意度;安全管理效果评分、护理质量评分(满分100分)、住院时间;护理差错、护理风险、护理投诉发生率。结果安全管理组护理管理满意度高于常规管理组,护理差错、护理风险、护理投诉发生率低于常规管理组,安全管理效果评分、护理质量评分、住院时间优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论护理安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用效果确切,可提高护理质量和安全管理效果,减少护理差错、护理风险、护理投诉,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing safety management in nursing management of elderly patients. Methods Eighty elderly patients from January 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Forty patients in each group. The regular management group was given general nursing management method, and the security management group was given the nursing safety management on the basis of the conventional management group. The satisfaction degree of nursing management, safety management effect score, nursing quality score （100 points）, hospitalization time, nursing errors, nursing risk and nursing complaint rate were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing management was higher in security management group than that of conventional management group. The incidence of nursing errors, nursing risks and nursing complaints was lower than that of the routine management group. Safety management effect score, nursing quality score and hospitalization time were better than those of routine management group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in elderly patients has definite effect, can improve the quality of nursing and safety management effect, reduce nursing errors, nursing risks, nursing complaints, and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
