探讨舒适护理在上消化道出血护理中的应用

The Application of Comfortable Nursing in Nursing Care of Patients With Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的观察上消化道出血临床护理工作中应用舒适护理的有效性。方法随机选取我院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的98例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上联合舒适护理进行干预,对比两组患者护理有效性。结果观察组患者实施舒适护理干预后,SAS评分、住院时间、止血时间等临床指标均低于对照组;观察组与对照组护理满意率分别为91.83%、71.42%,观察组护理满意率较优,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理措施应用在上消化道出血护理中,可提高患者护理满意率,降低患者经济负担,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of comfort nursing in clinical nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 98 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were randomly selected, and were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing on the basis of the nursing care of the control group. The effectiveness of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results Patients in observation group were given comfortable care, after intervention, and the clinical indexes such as SAS score, length of stay and time of hemostasis were lower than those of control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group and the control group was 91.83% and 71.42% respectively, and the satisfaction rate of the nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing measures in the nursing care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can obviously improve the rate of patients＇satisfaction, reduce the economic burden and improve the quality of life of patients.
