整体护理干预在急诊严重创伤患者抢救中的实施价值观察

Value of Holistic Nursing Intervention in Emergency Treatment of Patients With Severe Trauma

目的研究整体护理干预在急诊严重创伤患者抢救中的实施价值。方法选择2015年4月—2017年5月急诊严重创伤患者90例进行随机分组,每组45例,对照组实施常规护理干预;整体组实施整体护理干预。就两组患者平均抢救时间、入院时体温、护理后体温和抢救成功率、护理满意度进行比较。结果整体组抢救成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。整体组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。整体组患者平均抢救时间、护理后体温均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论整体护理干预在急诊严重创伤患者抢救中的实施价值高,可改善患者预后。

Objective To study the value of holistic nursing intervention in emergency treatment of severe trauma patients. Methods Atotal of 90 patients with severe trauma from April 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the overall group was given holistic nursing intervention. The average rescue time, admission temperature, postoperative temperature, rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of rescue in the overall group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the overall group was obviously higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The average rescue time and the body temperature after treatment were better in the overall group than in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The overall nursing intervention in emergency treatment of severe trauma patients with high implementation value, can improve the prognosis of patients.
