摘要
目的观察健康教育在骨科门诊护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月—2017年6月我院骨科门诊接诊的患者56例作为研究对象,随机纳入观察组和对照组,各28例,分别接受健康教育和常规门诊护理,比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握程度评分和护理满意度。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度评分(89.7±2.5)分,对护理服务满意度为96.4%;对照组患者疾病知识掌握程度评分(79.5±2.3)分,对护理服务满意度为78.6%;组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论健康教育在骨科门诊护理中的应用效果显著,患者疾病知识掌握程度更高,护理满意度更好。
Objective To observe the effect of health education in orthopedic nursing care. Methods 56 outpatients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group, and respectively received health education and routine outpatient care, the disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction scores in two groups of patients were compared. Results The score of disease knowledge in observation group was （89.7 ± 2.5）, the satisfaction rate of nursing service was 96.4%. The score of disease knowledge in control group was （79.5 ± 2.3）, the satisfaction rate of nursing service was 78.6%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of health education in orthopedic outpatient nursing is remarkable, and the knowledge of disease is better, the satisfaction of nursing is better.
