摘要 目的探索Sandwich教学法在耳鼻咽喉科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习的第二军医大学2012级本科生50名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,分别采用Sandwich教学法和传统教学法,课程结束后,对两组学生进行理论知识和临床实践能力考核。结果 Sandwich教学组的考核成绩和对教学的满意程度高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sandwich教学法能提高耳鼻喉科临床教学质量,与传统教学法相比具有优越性。 Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the Sandwich teaching method in otolaryngology internship. Methods 50 undergraduates of grade 2012 in the Second Military Medical University were enrolled in the study of Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, which were randomly divided into two groups, Sandwich teaching method and traditional teaching method are adopted respectively, At the end of the course, the two groups of students were given theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability assessment. Results The examination results in Sandwich group were significantly higher than the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Sandwich teaching method can improve teaching quality in otolaryngology interns.
