摘要
目的探讨在临床技能训练教学中医学模拟教育的作用。方法选取本校2016年6月—2017年4月接受的160名临床医学学生作为本次研究对象。将其随机分成两组,每组各80例。分别采取接受医学模拟教育的学生与未采取医学模拟教育的学生,比较两组学生基本临床技能。结果实施临床技能训练的体格检查、无菌技术、问诊及穿刺能力等基本技能优于未实施临床技能训练的学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床技能训练教学中实施医学模拟教育能够提高学生基本临床技能。
Objective To explore the role of simulation education in clinical skill training and teaching. Methods 160 medical students from our school from June 2016 to APril 2017 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The clinical skills of the two groups were compared between the students who received medical simulation education and those who did not adopt the medical simulation education. Results The basic skills such as physical examination, asepsis technique, inquiry and puncture ability of clinical skill training were better than those without clinical skill training, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of medical simulation education in clinical skills training can improve the basic clinical skills of students.
