“翻转课堂”在实习生教学查房中的应用

教学查房以护理查房这一活动为基础,不仅能够详细为学生讲解疾病基本知识理论,还可有效为学生展示护理操作技能,有利于培养专业性强、高素质的护理人员。但受到传统教学模式的影响,当前实习生教学查房过程中仍存在效率不高、学生参与热情不高等多种问题,为科学解决这一问题,本文以"翻转课堂"教学法为例,其基本思路是在信息技术的环境中,将传统"课堂传授知识,课后完成作业"的教学过程彻底翻转过来,重点探究其应用意义以及方式。
