摘要
目的分析医院精细化管理中应用质量管理工具的效果。方法本院于2016年开始应用质量管理工具-戴明循环(PDCA),针对性地解决医院精细化管理中的医疗设备及护理等问题,分别选取2015年及2016年本院住院患儿各1 000例,作为对照组及实验组,比较两组患儿问卷调查的有效率;于出院前2天采用问卷调查的方式,比较两组患儿及其家属对医院服务的满意度。结果两组问卷调查有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组对医疗环境与设施、技术与能力的满意度分值及对医院服务的整体满意度分值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在医院精细化管理中应用质量管理工具PDCA可明显提升其管理水平与患儿及其家属对医院整体服务的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality management tools in hospital fine management. Methods The quality management tools-deming cycle （PDCA） was used in our hospital started in 2016 in order to solve contrapuntally the problems of medical equipments and nursing in hospital fine management. 1 000 cases respectively stick children were selected as study objects in 2015 and 2016, and regarded as control group and experiment group. Compared the questionnaire survey efficiency and the satisfaction to hospital service of two groups＇ehilderen and their parents in 2 days before discharge by the way of questionnaire survey. Results The two group survey efficiency of contrast, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. The overall satisfaction satisfaction score of experimental group on medical environment and facilities, technology and capacity of hospital services were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Quality management tool PDCA can significantly improve the management level and overall service satisfaction of children and their parents in hospital fine management.
