介入综合治疗下肢DVT的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Interventional Therapy for Lower Limb DVT

目的研究探讨介入治疗下肢DVT的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的下肢DVT患者62例作为研究对象。将其分为两组,对照组(30例)采用普通抗凝治疗法,观察组(32例)采用介入综合治疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.9%(31/32),复发率为6.3%(2/32),均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入综合治疗下肢DVT较普通抗凝治疗有更为确切的、优秀的治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of interventional treatment of lower extremity DVT. Methods 62 cases of lower limb DVT patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were divided into two groups. The control group （30 cases） was treated with common anticoagulant therapy. The observation group （32 cases） Interventional therapy, compared the two groups of treatment. Results The effective rate was 96.9% （31/32） and the recurrence rate was 6,3% （2/32） in observation group, which were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interventional treatment of lower extremity DVT is more accurate than ordinary anticoagulant therapy, excellent treatment effect.
