摘要
目的探究3D打印技术辅助治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的高能量Pilon骨折患者36例作为研究对象。将其随机、平均分为对照组(传统切开复位内固定方式)与研究组(3D打印技术辅助治疗),对比两组患者手术前后踝关节功能活动度与手术情况。结果手术前,两组患者踝关节功能活动度评分对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后,研究组患者踝关节功能活动度评分为(89.9±7.1)分,高于对照组的(80.4±8.3)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗高能量Pilon骨折中使用3D打印技术临床效果更为显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3D printing technique in the treatment of high energy Pilon fracture. Methods 36 patients with high energy Pilon fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly and equally divided into control group (conventional open reduction and internal fixation) and study group (3D printing technique). The ankle functional movement and operation were compared between the two groups before and after the operation. Results Before operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups in ankle function score (P 〉 0.05). After the operation, the study group patients with ankle joint function activity score (89.9 ± 7.1) points, which was higher than that of the control group (80.4 ± 8.3) points, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The study group in the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of high energy Pilon fractures, the clinical effect of 3D printing is more pronounced.
