食管癌手术制作管状胃与非管状胃效果比较

Comparison of the Effect of Tubular Stomach and Non-tubular Stomach in Esophageal Cancer Surgery

目的比较食管癌手术制作管状胃与非管状胃效果。方法选取我院在2014年1月—2016年12月接受的食管癌手术的80例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用非管状胃来代替食管,观察组采用管状胃来代替食管,分析比较两组患者在手术后的术后效果以及并发症情况。结果两组患者在经过手术后均随访3个月,比较两组患者在发生吻合反流性食管炎、肠胃综合征以及吻合口狭窄等并发症情况,观察组患者少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在食管癌手术中,制作管状胃代食管其手术效果优于制作非管状胃代食管手术,且并发症少,在手术中可优先考虑管状胃代食管。

Objective To compare the effect of tubular stomach and non- tubular stomach in the operation of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of patients of esophageal cancer surgery accepted by our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the study object, which were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. In the control group, the non-tubular stomach was used instead of the esophagus, the observation group adopted.the tubular stomach instead of the esophagus, the postoperative effect and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The patients were followed up for 3 months after operation, the complications of reflux esophagitis, gastrointestinal syndrome and anastomotic stenosis were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The postoperative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the operation of esophageal cancer, the effect of making tubular stomach is better than that of non - tubular esophagus operation, and the complications are less.
