儿科呼吸道感染临床用药误区分析及应对措施

Analysis and Countermeasures of Errors in Clinical Medication of Pediatric Respiratory Tract Infections

目的探究临床上在儿科中呼吸道感染临床用药的误区以及对应措施。方法通过采集2015年4月—2017年3月我院收治的180例呼吸道感染的小儿患者的临床资料,由医护人员收集统计凡是存在有临床用药误区的相关患者资料,进行回顾性分析探究。结果经统计分析后得出,临床用药误区中主要包括有抗生素临床运用指证不准确,发生有缺乏充分药物敏感性实验,发生有联合应用抗生素过程不规范,发生有临床用药剂量选取不当等。采取应对措施前治疗患者100例,存在误区55例(55.00%);采取相应预防措施后治疗患者80例,存在误区13例(16.25%),实施前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在对于患有呼吸道感染性疾病的患儿的治疗过程中,需谨慎合理使用药物,且遵循一定的临床应用处理办法,尽量避免用药误区的存在,从而保证患儿的生命健康,提高临床用药的有效率。

Objective To explore the clinical medication errors in pediatric respiratory tract infection and the corresponding measures. Methods The clinical data collected from April 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital 180 patients with respiratory tract infection in children, the medical staff who are related to the statistics eollected patient data with clinical medication errors, which were retrospectively analyzed to explore. Results After statistical analysis showed that the clinical medication errors mainly include antibiotics clinical application indication is not accurate, there is lack of adequate drug sensitivity test, a combined application of antibiotics process is not standardized, there are improper selection of clinical dosage. 100 cases were treated before the treatment, and there were 55 cases （55.0%）. After the corresponding preventive measures, 80 cases were treated, and there were 13 cases （16.25%）, before and after the implementation of the contrast, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment for diseases with respiratory tract infection in children, which should be cautious and rational use of drugs, clinical application and follow certain measures, try to avoid medication errors, so as to ensure children＇s health, improve the efficiency of clinical medication.
