通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction Combined With Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Hemiplegia After Ischemic Stroke

目的观察通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2015年7月我院收治的缺血性中风后偏瘫患者84例作为观察对象,按照硬币法分为对照组(42例,予以常规治疗)和治疗组(42例,予以通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果及预后情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、BI评分均高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的治疗总有效率低于治疗组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗可显著改善缺血性中风后偏瘫患者的生活和运动功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia after ischemie stroke. Methods 84 cases of patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the observation subjects. The coin method was divided into control group （42 cases, routine treatment） and treatment group （42 cases, Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment）, compared the two groups of treatment and prognosis. Results The Fugl-Meyer scores and B1 scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the life and motor function of hemiplegic patients after ischemic stroke and improve the clinical curative effect.
