康复新液与甲硝唑糊剂联合治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效研究

The Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid and Metronidazole Paste in the Treatment of Acute Pericoronitis

目的了解急性智齿冠周炎患者利用康复新液与甲硝唑糊剂联合的治疗方式所具有的疗效。方法选取我院2014年12月—2017年4月收治的确诊为急性智齿冠周炎的患者84例作为研究对象。将其随机平均划分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者采用康复新液进行治疗,实验组则采用康复新液与甲硝唑糊剂联合的方式进行治疗。对两组患者治疗期间相关症状以及治疗后疗效进行观察记录与分析。结果经过治疗,两组患者相关临床症状均得到一定程度的改善。其中,实验组总有效率为90.5%,对照组为71.4%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在进行相应治疗过程中,均没有出现与药物相关的不良反应。结论采用康复新液与甲硝唑糊剂联合的方式治疗急性智齿冠周炎,疗效好、安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the combination therapy of Kangfuxin liquid and metronidazole paste in patients with acute wisdom and pericoronitis. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute wisdom pericoronitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from December 2014 to April 2017. The patients in the control group were treated with Kangfenxin liquid, and the experimental group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid and metronidazole paste. The curative effect and the curative effect of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients related to clinical symptoms have been improved to some extent. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.5%, and that of the control group was 71.4%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the course of the corresponding treatment, no adverse reactions related to drugs were observed. Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin liquid and metronidazole paste in the treatment of acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis, good curative effect, high safety.
