雷公藤多苷联合异维A酸治疗囊肿型痤疮患者的疗效及对相关因子的影响

Clinical Effect of Tripterygium Glycosides and Isotretinoin in the Inflammatory Factors for Cystic Acne Patients

目的研究囊肿型痤疮患者采用雷公藤多苷联合异维A酸治疗的临床效果,分析对患者相关因子的影响。方法选取我院2014年4月—2016年4月收治的囊肿型痤疮患者98例作为研究对象。按随机排列表法,将其分为两组,每组各49例。对照组患者采用异维A酸治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上,联合雷公藤多苷治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果以及炎症因子水平情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.84%,对照组为81.63%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组、对照组IL-2、IL-4水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-4水平与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合异维A酸对囊肿型痤疮患者疗效较好,明显降低炎症反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tripteryginm glycosides and Isotretinoin in the inflammatory factors for cystic acne patients. Methods 98 cystic ache patients treated from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases each group. The control group just took Isotretinoin; the observation group took the combined therapy of tripterygium glycosides and Isotretinoin. The clinical effect and inflammatory factors for two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate for observation group （91.84%） was significantly higher than control group （81.63%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the observation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy of tripterygium glycosides and Isotretinoin has a better effect in cystic acne patients, can greatly reduce the inflammatory reactions.
