全子宫切除围术期实施快速康复护理服务的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Implementation of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Service in Perioperative Period of Hysterectomy

目的探讨全子宫切除围术期实施快速康复护理服务的可行性。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年4月收治的全子宫切除手术患者78例作为研究对象。按照随机原则,将其分为两组,每组各39例。对照组围术期实施常规护理干预,快速康复组围术期实施快速康复护理服务。比较两组患者围术期护理满意度;恢复胃肠功能时间、下床活动时间、首次排便时间;干预前后患者感染、胃肠道反应等手术并发症发生率。结果快速康复组围术期护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组恢复胃肠功能时间、下床活动时间、首次排便时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组感染、胃肠道反应等手术并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全子宫切除围术期实施快速康复护理服务的可行性高,可有效缩短患者康复时间,减少并发症的发生,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the feasibility of rapid rehabilitation nursing service during perioperative period after total hysterectomy. Methods 78 cases of patients with total hysterectomy were enrolled in this study from March 2016 to April 2017 as random subjects. According to the random method, all patients were divided into two groups, 39 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing intervention was carried out in the perioperative period. The rapid rehabilitation group was treated by rapid rehabilitation group. To compare the two groups of perioperative nursing satisfaction; restore gastrointestinal function time, get out of bed activity time, the first defecation time; before and after treatment of patients with infection, gastrointestinal reactions and other surgical complications. Results The satisfaction rate of perioperative nursing care in the rapid rehabilitation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The time of first day of defecation was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Gastrointestinal reactions and other surgical complications were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The feasibility of rapid rehabilitation nursing service in perioperative period of hysterectomy is high, which can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications. The patients＇ satisfaction is high.
