乳腺增生患者应用综合护理干预的效果研究

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的在乳腺增生患者护理过程中采用综合护理干预,研究护理方法以及护理效果。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年3月所收治的乳腺增生患者48例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将所有患者均分为研究组和参照组,每组各24例患者。参照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用综合护理干预,将两组患者实行不同护理干预后得到的组间数据进行统计学分析,计算出统计学分析结果的相关性数值。结果研究组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分、生活质量评分(心理功能、躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能)均优于参照组患者,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺增生患者护理过程中采用综合护理干预的护理效果较为理想,可显著缓解患者的焦虑情绪以及抑郁情绪。

Objective In the course of nursing of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands, comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted to study the nursing methods and nursing effects. Methods 48 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into the study group and the reference group, 24 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, two groups of patients were given different nursing intervention, the data between groups were analyzed statistically, and the correlation values of statistical analysis results were calculated. Results The HAMD score, HAMA score, quality of life score （psychological function, physical function, cognitive function and social function） of the patients in the study group were better than those in the reference group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is more effective in the nursing of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands, it can significantly relieve anxiety and depression.
