老年2型糖尿病患者护理安全隐患分析及防范对策

Nursing Risk Analysis and Prevention Countermeasures of Elderly Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者护理安全隐患分析及防范对策。方法选择2012年2月—2017年3月在我院内科住院治疗的糖尿病患者76例作为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同,将其分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例)。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,针对安全隐患进行具体分析,针对这些不安全因素采取相应的护理对策。结果观察组对预防不良事件的效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过安全隐患的分析,寻找护理安全隐患的防范措施,尽可能减少不良事件的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing safety problems and Countermeasures of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 76 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The control group reeeived routine nursing measures, the observation group, on the basis of the control group, carried out a specific analysis of the security risks, and took corresponding nursing countermeasures according to these unsafe factors. Results The effect of the observation group on prevention of adverse events was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the hidden dangers, we should find the preventive measures of the hidden dangers of nursing safety so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse events as much as possible.
