持续护理质量优化在儿科采血管理中价值分析

Value Analysis of Continuous Nursing Quality Optimization in Pediatric Blood Management

目的研究并分析持续护理质量优化在儿科采血管理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年6月—2017年5月收治的儿科采血患者166例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=83)和观察组(n=83)。对照组采用常规管理模式进行管理,观察组采用持续护理质量优化管理模式进行管理,对比两组护理人员采血情况与两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理人员采血知识掌握的优良率高于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次采血成功率为90.36%、标本合格率为89.16%、不良事件发生率为6.02%、患者家长满意度为92.77%,与对照组患者相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用持续护理质量优化的护理管理模式可有效提升儿科采血管理效果。

Objective To study and analyze the application value of continuous nursing quality optimization in pediatric blood collection management. Methods 166 cases of pediatric blood sampling in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly div!ded into the control group （n=83） and the observation group （n=83）. The nurses in the control group were managed by routine management mode, the nursing staff in the observation group were managed by continuous nursing quality optimization management mode, to contrast the blood collection of patients and the nursing effect of nursing staff. Results The excellent and good rate of blood collection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The success rate of the blood samples in the observation group was 90.36%, the qualified rate was 89.16%, the incidence of the event was 6.02%, and the patient＇s satisfaction was 92.77%. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing management model with continuous nursing quality can effectively improve the effect of pediatric blood collection management.
