循证护理对心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者抢救成功率的影响

The Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on the Success Rate of Rescue in Patients With Myocardial Infarction Complicated With Heart Failure

目的研究循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者护理中对药物治疗有效率和患者满意度的影响。方法选取我院收治的56例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组各28例患者。对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者采取循证护理模式。对比两组患者疗程结束后的抢救成功率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的有效率为96.43%,高于对照组(78.57%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为92.86%,高于对照组(71.43%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对于心肌梗死患者具有显著的临床效果,能够有效降低死亡率和并发心力衰竭的可能性。

Objective To investigate the effect of consultation nursing on the success rate and patient satisfaction in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods 56 patients with myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research object, they were divided into two groups, 28 patients in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing mode, the patients in observation group received evidence-based nursing mode. The successful rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%, higher than that of the control group （78.57%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%, higher than that of the control group （71.43%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing has significant clinical effect on myocardial infarction, and can effectively reduce mortality and the possibility of heart failure.
