综合性心理干预对慢性脑供血不足伴焦虑抑郁患者的效果观察

The Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency With Anxiety and Depression

目的探索综合性心理干预对慢性脑供血不足伴焦虑抑郁患者的效果。方法选取2016年2月28日—2017年2月28日我院收治的64例慢性脑供血不足伴焦虑抑郁患者作为研究对象,将其随机化分为两组,每组各32例。观察组和对照组分别采用综合性心理干预和常规护理。结果观察组患者跌倒坠床评分(2.41±0.84)分、自理能力评分(95.89±3.33)分、睡眠自评量表(2.15±0.75)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性脑供血不足患者实施综合性心理干预,能够改善患者负面情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency and anxiety and depression. Methods 64 cases of chronic cerebral insufficiency with anxiety and depression were enrolled in our hospital from 28^th February 2016 to 28^th February 2017. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： 32 patients in each group, the observation group and the control group respectively, using comprehensive psychological intervention and routine care. Results Patients in the observation group fall bed score （2.41 ± 0.84） points, the scores on self-care ability （95.89 ± 3.33） points, the self rating scale of sleep （2.15 ± 0.75） points, which were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency can improve the negative emotions of patients.
