探讨二次剖宫产术围手术期的护理效果

To Investigate the Perioperative Nursing Effect of Two Cesarean Section

目的探讨分析二次剖宫产围手术期的临床护理方式。方法根据我院收治的90例二次剖宫产手术患者进行研究分析,为患者提供术前、术中、术后护理,总结临床护理体验和结局。结果 90例患者中,对围手术期的护理非常满意为58例,满意为32例,不满意为0例,患者对围手术期的护理满意度为100%。结论围手术期在整个护理过程中都有所贯穿,患者术后的并发症发生率显著下降,临床中各种护理缺陷得到了控制,减少误差和事故,提升了手术的安全性。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical nursing methods of two cesarean section during perioperative period. Methods According to our hospital 90 cases of two cesarean section patients were analyzed, providing preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative care, summarized clinical nursing experience and outcome. Results Of the 90 patients, 58 cases were very satisfied with perioperative care, 32 cases were satisfied, 0 was unsatisfactory, and 100% were satisfied with perioperative care. Conclusion Perioperative nursing has throughout the entire process, the probability of complications of postoperative patients decreased significantly, all kinds of clinical nursing defects under control, reduce errors and accidents, improve the safety of the operation.
