摘要
消除谐波影响是超导滤波器实际应用中要考虑的重要因素之一。本文分别介绍了通常集总参数设计消除谐波的方法、通过变阻抗参数设计减弱谐波的方法,提出了在谐振器上加载片式电感的设计抑制谐波影响的方法,并通过设计案例予以验证。
The elimination of the influence of harmonic is one of the important factors in actual superconducting filter application. This paper first introduced two existing methods to eliminate and reduce harmonic: lumped parameter design and stepped - impedance design. A new method was proposed to load chip inductor on the resonator and verified by design cases.
