五水头孢唑林钠(新泰林)治疗下呼吸道急性细菌性感染的临床研究

Clinical Study of Cefazolin Sodium(Xintailin) in the Treatment of Acute Bacterial Infection in Lower Respiratory Tract

目的对下呼吸道急性细菌性感染性患者应用五水头孢唑林钠(新泰林)治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取下呼吸道急性细菌性感染患者共102例,将其随机均分为观察组(五水头孢唑林钠治疗,n=51)与对照组(头孢唑林钠治疗,n=51),连续治疗14 d(2个疗程)后,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.08%显著高于对照组的76.47%,(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率的3.92%显著低于对照组的21.56%,(P<0.05)。结论五水头孢唑林钠治疗下呼吸道急性细菌性感染的效果比较好,且方案安全性高,故可推广于临床。

Objective The acute lower respiratory tract bacterial infection were treated with five water cefazolin sodium （New teiling） treatment effect were discussed. Methods Acute lower respiratory tract bacterial infection in patients with a total of 102 cases, which were randomly divided into observation group （cefazolin sodium five water treatment, n=51） and control group （cefazolin sodium treatment, n=51）, for 14 consecutive days （2 cycles）, compared the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.47%）（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.92%, significantly lower than that in the control group, 21.56%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cefazolin sodium five water treatment of acute respiratory Watt bacterial infections and the effect is good, and the scheme of high safety, so it can be popularized in clinical.
