探讨护理配合对妇科宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的临床意义

To Explore the Clinical Significance of Nursing Care Combined with Gynecological Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨护理配合对妇科宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的临床意义。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月在沈阳市第五人民医院就诊的需要宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的患者30例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组15例,采取普通护理措施,试验组15例在对照组的基础上采取积极配合的护理措施,比较两组患者较麻醉苏醒时间和一次手术痊愈率。结果试验组术后麻醉恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组一次手术痊愈率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术患者采取积极配合的护理措施可以有效的缓解患者对手术的恐惧感,缩短术后麻醉恢复时间,有助于术后恢复,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of nursing cooperation in the combination of gynecological hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined surgery. Methods A total of 2015 may to 2016 may in Shenyang City, the Fifth People＇s Hospital for treatment need hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with 30 patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 15 cases in the control group, general nursing measures are taken. The experimental group 15 cases in the control group based on take actively cooperate with the nursing measures, compared two groups of patients with anesthesia recovery time and a surgical cure rate. Results The recovery time of anesthesia in experimental group was shorter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the recovery rate of the test group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with gynecologic hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy take actively cooperate with the nursing measures can effectively ease patients fear of surgery, recovery time shortened postoperative anesthesia, helpful to postoperative recovery, it is worth in clinical promotion.
