综合护理对胸外科患者术后的影响研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Operation of Thoracic Surgery Patients

目的研究综合护理对胸外科患者术后的影响研究。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月在大连市友谊医院,就诊的70例胸外科术后患者,随机分为对照组35例,采取普通护理措施,试验组35例在对照组的基础上使用综合护理,比较两组患者术后并发症和对护理的满意度。结果试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸外科术后患者采取综合护理,可以明显的降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度,促进医患间关系和谐发展,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing care of postoperative patients with thoracic surgery. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in dalian friendship hospital, 70 cases of postoperative patients after thoracic surgery, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group 35 cases, ordinary nursing measures, the treatment group 35 cases in the control group on the basis of using the comprehensive care, compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications, and satisfaction of nursing. Results The patients of postoperative complication rate is lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with thoracic surgery, patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patients satisfaction of nursing, promote the harmonious development of relations between patient and physician, is worth popularizing in clinical.
