丹参注射液联合针灸对颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响

Effect of Danshen Injection Combined with Acupuncture on Hemodynamics in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨丹参注射液联合针灸对颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响。方法将医院2015年至2016年收治的88例颈椎病患者随机分为两组,各44例。对照组患者采用针灸治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用丹参注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及血流动力学指标。结果观察组总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血流动力学指标较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合针灸治疗颈椎病疗效确切,有助于改善及恢复患者血流动力学指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen Injection combined with acupuncture on hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Totally 88 patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture,on this basis the observation group was given Danshen Injection. The clinical effect and hemodynamic indexes were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 45%,which was significantly higher than 79. 55% in the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group improved more significantly（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Danshen Injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is effective and helpful to improve and restore the hemodynamic indexes of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
