透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎30例疗效及护理体会

Clinical Effect and Nursing Experience of Sodium Hyaluronate for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis in 30 Cases

目的探讨透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选择医院骨科2014年1月至2016年8月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均在常规激素关节腔内注射基础上增加透明质酸钠治疗,期间,对照组患者给予常规性膝骨性关节炎护理,观察组患者则采用个体化护理措施。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎期间及时采取个体化护理措施,有助于提高患者的康复效果,改善局部临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing experience of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods Totally 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The two groups were given sodium hyaluronate on the basis of intra-articular injection of hormone,the control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given individualized nursing. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with individualized nursing measures can help to improve the rehabilitation of patients and the local clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
