CD_(38)和CD_(138)在合并慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症患者中的诊疗价值探讨

Value of CD_(38) and CD_(138) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic endometritis

目的探讨CD_(38)和CD_(138)在合并慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症患者中的诊疗价值。方法选取90例不孕症子宫内膜活检病例,根据HE形态学诊断有30例慢性子宫内膜炎阳性病例、30例疑似病例与30例非慢性子宫内膜炎病例,分别命名为阳性组、疑似组和阴性组,阳性组与疑似组均行系统的抗炎治疗,对所选取患者做CD_(38)、CD_(138)、CD_(68)、CD_(10)、ER、PR免疫组化检查。结果阳性组、疑似组和阴性组中的CD_(38)/CD_(138)阳性率分别为96.7%,56.7%,3.3%,差异明显(P<0.05);阳性组与疑似组在治疗后随访≥6个月,2组的受孕率分别为36.7%,16.7%,阳性组的受孕率明显高于疑似组(P<0.05),2组受孕者的CD_(38)、CD_(138)阳性率均为100%。结论不孕症患者子宫内膜活检加做CD_(38)、CD_(138)检测可提高对合并慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症诊断的准确率,为临床子宫性不孕症患者的系统抗炎治疗提供指导。

Objective To investigate the value of CD38 and CD 138 in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with suspected chronic endometritis.nethods 90 cases diagnosed with infertility and endometrial biopsy were enrolled, and there were 30 chronic endometritis positive cases, 30 suspected cases and 30 non chronic endometritis cases, who were named as the positive group, suspected group and negative group. The positive group and suspected group were given systemic anti inflammatory treatment, and all of the patients were given CD3s,CD^3s,CD6s,CDx0,ER,PR immunohistochemical examination.Results The rates of CD3~/CDI3s positive group, suspected group and negative group were respectively 96.7%, 56.7%, 3.3%, and the difference among the three groups was significant, P〈0.05.The patients in the positive group and suspected group were followed up for more than 6 months after treatment, and the pregnancy rates in the two groups were 36.7%, 16.7%, which in the positive group in the positive group was obviously higher than that in the suspected group, P〈0.05.The CD3s/CDm positive rates of pregnancy women in the two groups were 100%.Conclusion Endometrial biopsy and CD38, CD138detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of chronic endometritis infertility, and provide guidance for the clinical treatment of infertility patients with systemic anti-inflammatory therapy.
