上前牙冠折后纤维桩内固定断冠再接效果观察

Effect of fiber post on the reattachment of crown fractured anterior tooth observed

目的观察上前牙冠折后使用纤维桩内固定断冠再接的临床疗效。方法选取2012年—2014年上前牙创伤冠折患者23例(29颗牙),经根管治疗后,采用纤维桩内固定连接再接自体断冠。结果经过2年的随诊复查,29颗断冠再接病例中成功26颗,成功率为89.66%;失败3颗,其中因再次创伤脱落1颗、牙根吸收1颗、牙冠变色1颗。结论使用纤维桩断冠再接疗效肯定,快捷方便,可临床推荐使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of crown fractured anterior tooth reattached by using fiber post.Methods A total of 29 anterior teeth from 23 patients with crown fractured were selected from 2012 to 2014.29 crown fractured anterior tooth were reattached by using fiber post after root canal therapy.Result After 2-year follow-up clinical observation, 26 in 29 were succeed,and the success rate was 89.66%. lin 3 was fractured again, l was root resorbed andlwas crown discolored. Conclusion The crown fractured anterior teeth reattached by fiber post are effective, simple and quick, can be widely used in clinic.
