摘要 对在线除气工艺进行研究,并根据目前普遍使用的几种铝及铝合金在线除气工艺及其设备的特点,详细阐述了箱式除气机、流槽式除气机和真空除气机这几种典型铝及铝合金在线除气机的结构特点以及其他显著特征,介绍了在线除气技术新发展——超声波除气机,综合评价这几种典型铝及铝合金在线除气机的优缺点,从而有助于铝熔体熔铸车间选择合适的除气工艺及设备,提高铝及铝合金的质量。 The principle and application of in-line degassing for metal aluminum treatment, especially for spinning impeller method, is stated. Based on the current typical in-line degassing processing and its equipment for metal aluminum treatment, the in-line degassers are categorized into chamber degasser, trough degasser and vacuum degasser. Moreover, the configuration and the characteristic feature of these degassers are introduced in details. A new in-line degassing processing and its equipment for metal aluminum treatment of ultrasonic degasser is also stated. Finally, disadvantages and advantages of these typical in-line degassers for metal aluminum treatment are discussed to help casting house to select the proper degassing process and it equipment for high quality of aluminum and it alloy.
