摘要
对激光定向熔覆技术的工艺参数、涂覆合金粉末、基材及其取向、热处理工艺以及超声冲击处理对熔覆层组织和性能的影响等方面的最新研究成果作了介绍,同时对今后激光定向熔覆技术的研究重点提出了自己的想法。
The latest research progress of laser directional cladding technological is introduced here. The effects of cladding technological parameter, powder material, crystallography orientation of the solidification, heating treatment and ultrasonic peening on the cladding layer microstructure and performance are deeply studied. Additionally, the development trend of laser directional cladding technology is described and a few ideas are put forward.
