摘要
对绕城高速桥梁建设使用挂篮悬浇的方法,能够有效减少施工期间对下方高速通车路段的影响。通过研究宁波市交通轨道4号线的桥梁挂篮悬浇施工方案,针对施工中跨栏主桁架、行走系统问题,预应力管道处理,混凝土浇筑露出部分的美学处理以及挂篮拆除时限制摆动等几个方面出现的问题进行了分析,并且提出了相应的措施,使整个施工期间安全得到了有效保障,加快了工程建设速度,对轨道线迅速通车做出了贡献。
Using the hanging basket cantilever on the high-speed beltway bridge construction could effectively reduce the impact on the high speed below the opening section of the bridge during construction. Through the study of Ningbo rail transit line 4, the hanging basket cantilever construction scheme for construction of the main truss, hurdle walking system, prestressed pipe, concrete pouring with aesthetics part of the processing and removal of the hanging basket limit swing problems and so on are analyzed and the corresponding strategies are put forward, accelerating the construction speed, and making contribution to the rapid opening rail.
