摘要
项目施工现场三合土厚土平均仅2.8m,其下有平均0.81m厚的粉质黏土,粉质黏土是该项目的含水层;而施工现场下部的淤泥质粉质黏土是粉质黏土长期沉积的结果,其黏性较大,流动性强于粉质黏土,也是施工中的重大安全隐患。施工过程中充分体现了精益化管理带来的效益,工程质量全部达标,工期比预期缩短了12%,工程成本控制完全符合甲方的要求。
The project construction site concrete thick soil average of only 2.8 meters, with an average of 0.81 meters thick silty clay which is the aquifer of this project. The silty clay in the lower part of the construction site is the result of long-term deposition of silty clay. Its viscosity is larger and the fluidity is stronger than silty clay. The construction process fully reflects the benefits of lean management and the quality of all engineering meets the standard. The project period is shorter than the expected duration of 12 %. The project cost control is in full compliance with the requirements of Party A.
