摘要 爬电距离是复合母排设计过程中决定产品漏电、瞬间放电的关键参数,也是复合母排产品质量安全的重要指标。增加爬电距离是复合母排产品设计时必须涉及的维度。针对复合母排设计受产品空间距离限制,研究总结了采用局部绝缘设计、粘贴凹凸结构件、镂空和包覆等方法增加爬电距离。其结构简单,加工成本可控,使用效果良好。 Creepage distance is an important parameter of the leakage of electricity and flash discharge in laminated busbar design. It is also an essential indicator of the product quality and safety. Increasing the creepage distance of is a must in laminated busbar design. It is necessary to design a special structure to increase the creepage distance when the laminated busbar design is limited by the product space distance. These are normal and general methods for increasing creepage distance on a laminated busbar: part insulation design, paste unevenness structures, hollow out, cladding and so on. The design structure of the mentioned methods here is simple, and machining process is controlled with good results.
