摘要
随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展,高速立式加工中心的应用也越来越广泛;然而我国与国外高速立式加工中心可靠性差异相对较大。针对这一问题,在对故障模式进行分析的基础上,通过对实践中故障现象数据进行分析,得到故障部位的频率表,以及故障部位的频率图,提出了减少故障的方法,从而进一步提高了高速立式加工中心的可靠性。
With the rapid development of China's national economy, the application of high speed vertical machining center becomes more and more widely. But the difference between our country and foreign countries in the high speed vertical machining center reliability is relatively big. Aiming at this problem, the frequency table and the frequency chart of the fault location are got, which based on the analysis of the failure mode and the analysis of the fault data in practice. Through analysis of failure cause, a method to reduce the fault is proposed to improve the reliability of high speed vertical machining center.
