某型发动机喷口复装试验时断裂问题分析及改进研究

摘要 通过采用理化分析、实物质量复查、设计复查、与原型机样件对比分析、加工工艺分析、流量均布试验和密封性试验等方法,对发动机喷嘴的喷口在修理过程中断裂故障进行了分析,并针对性地对喷口加工工艺进行了改进。经剖切鉴定与试车验证表明,喷口的改进措施有效。为航空发动机同类零件的研究提供了经验。 The fracture problems of engine nozzle is analyzed during repairing process by physical and chemical analysis, physical quality review, design review, comparing with prototype engine, process analysis, flow uniform test and seal tightness test. The nozzle machining process is modified for purposes. The nozzle improved is proved to be effective by cutting review and trial running test, supplying the experience for the similar parts of aero-engine.
