外周血检出幼稚细胞对白血病临床诊断的价值分析

Peripheral blood detection immature cells in leukemia effect analysis of clinical diagnosis

目的探讨外周血检出幼稚细胞对白血病诊断的临床价值。方法 35例白血病初诊患者血常规检测的同时,进行外周血涂片染色后在光学显微镜下做形态学检查。结果 35例白血病初诊患者幼稚细胞检出率为88.57%,在未检出幼稚细胞的病例中37.50%为低白细胞患者。结论外周血涂片形态学检查对白血病的诊断极为重要,可防止漏诊及误诊。

Objective To investigate the peripheral blood of immature cells detection to the important rote of leukemia diagnosis. Methods 35 patients with leukemia was routine blood test at the same time, operating in optical microscope after peripheral blood smear staining morphology detection immature cells.Results 35 patients with leukemia was immature cells detection rate was 88.57%, no detection rate of 11.43% in the immature cells not detected cases 37.50% for patients with low white blood cells. Conclusion Peripheral blood smear morphological examination is very important to the diagnosis of leukemia, should attach importance to learning, in the form of peripheral blood cells strengthen immature cells form learning, avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
